Don't Stick Sticks Up Your Nose, Don't Stuff Stuff in Your Ears!My first impression of this book was ‘Wow!” It is a sturdy, colorful book, with a ‘what is that?’ picture on the front. Definitely makes you stop and take notice. The story is geared towards children to help them understand it is not a good thing to stick objects into their ears and nose that do not belong there. Yes, we all have told our own children and grandchildren not to do this, but not in the way this outstanding book does, believe me. First of all it is very colorful with great illustrations of children’s faces (mostly), showing what should NOT go in different holes in our face and head and why. and what should. The story is written in rhyme, here is an example: ” Ears have really small holes that lead into your head. Sounds should enter in them and never stuff like bread.” Great isn’t it? The entire book is made of adorable illustrations and accompanying rhymes. The illustrations are colorful and definitely help to bring the words to life.I have to say I am very impressed with this book. It will definitely help a parent who wishes to show their children the dangers of sticking things in their ears or nose. This book will catch their attention and hopefully leave a lasting impression of what should go into the different openings on their face. Definitely a winner and highly recommended. I received a free copy of this book for an honest review which I have given to you.
